Life and Loom

Life and Loom is a not-for-profit textile studio, primarily specialising in weaving, but also hosts spinners, dyers, sewers, knitters, crocheters and embroidery artists. We run regular skills courses and where possible, try to find funding to allow us to subsidise places on them.

Stu3’s donation has allowed us to offer 13 spaces across 6 craft courses at Life and Loom Studio in Hull, allowing people who would not normally have access to these courses to take part.

With this donation we have been able to reach out to a local charity, Timebank, and offer these spaces to their members and volunteers, who are largely from underfunded communities within Hull.
