Jason has worked in higher education for over 15 years, both in project and business-as-usual roles, with extensive experience of designing and delivering user training. His recent roles as Training Manager for two large SITS implementations included responsibility for the identification, planning and delivery of all SITS training to staff and students across the university lifecycle, working closely with the institutions to understand their business processes, the scale of change, and ensuring training fully supported the transition and adoption of the new system.

Jason also brings extensive expertise from business-as-usual roles across a number of HEIs, including managing a new student services centre and as a product owner and trainer for the implementation of Tribal Dynamics 365.
